Landau Associates is a 100% employee-owned consulting firm that provides environmental site management, permitting and engineering design, water resources management, air quality, and environmental noise services throughout the United States. Employee ownership is central to Landau’s culture – through the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and direct shares owned by 70% of eligible employees – our ownership is widely held. Landau employees are invested in the company and consequently invested in our clients, our projects, and each other.

Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Landau has expanded to nine locations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Louisiana.
As a 100% employee-owned firm, Landau team members are all invested in working together to take care of our clients and each other. Landau has enjoyed relationships with several of our employees – and clients – extending more than 25 years. The Port of Bellingham was Landau’s first client in 1982 and is still an active client today.
Landau has worked collaboratively and responsively with clients for over 40 years to understand their challenges and develop creative solutions to manage their risk now and in the future.
