Kris Hendrickson, PE

Principal Environmental Engineer, Aerospace Services Leader

Kris joined Landau Associates in 1994. She has more than 30 years of experience in environmental engineering with a focus on site investigation and cleanup, environmental strategy development, and litigation strategy. Kris is a recognized authority on Washington State Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) regulations and participated in the development of the original MTCA regulations and the subsequent revisions, and the Sediment Management Standards revisions. She also has extensive expertise with Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) corrective action and Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) compliance. Kris manages complex environmental investigation and remediation projects that range from aerospace manufacturing facilities to brownfield redevelopment projects such as the former Kaiser Aluminum property in Tacoma. Kris has served as an expert and fact witness for cost recovery and cost allocation, preparing expert reports and testifying at deposition and trial.

Kris participates in the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County (EASC).
