Jerry Ninteman, PE

Principal Environmental Engineer, Remediation Services Director

Jerry directs Landau Associates’ environmental remediation services practice and manages site remediation and stormwater management projects for a wide range of industrial and government clients. He joined Landau Associates in 1990. Jerry has completed numerous remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial designs under a variety of state and federal regulatory programs, including the Washington State Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). He combines a high degree of knowledge in several key technical areas, including hydrogeology, contaminant fate and transport, remediation engineering, and in cleanup regulations to develop and support appropriate and reasonable site remedies. He routinely speaks on the topic of industrial stormwater compliance at conferences and training seminars.

Jerry serves on the boards of the Washington Hydrologic Society (WHS) and the Environmental Coalition of South Seattle (ECOSS).
