Landau Associates conducted a Conceptual Feasibility Analysis to evaluate development scenarios to assist the Port Townsend Paper Company in the establishment of a 230-acre conservation easement at the site of a former inert waste landfill. The Feasibility Analysis evaluated hypothetical development scenarios and conceptual site plans to support an appraisal of the conservation easement’s value.
