Landau Associates is assisting the Port of Everett and the Maritime Trust Company in addressing geotechnical and environmental conditions for a $400 million, 100-acre mixed use redevelopment project on the Everett waterfront.  The property includes 65 acres of upland property that has had industrial activity on portions of the property dating back to the late 1800s.  Landau Associates is also conducting the environmental characterization and developing and implementing the site cleanup action, which integrates site cleanup requirements with planned redevelopment.  Site cleanup is being conducted under Washington State Department of Ecology’s Voluntary Cleanup Program.
