Landau Associates performed noise data collection and traffic air modeling for the City of Federal Way along this corridor, which extends for more than 1-mile through a predominantly commercial area.  We conducted noise measurements over 15-minute intervals at multiple locations along the corridor.  We then used the Washington State Intersection Screening Tool mobile air model to analyze air impacts at the three busiest intersections along the corridor. The results of the model were analyzed and the findings were presented in an air impact report prepared in compliance with federal and local mobile air guidance documents.
