Landau Associates conducted a noise evaluation of Seattle Hill Road, a two-lane arterial that crosses a residential area.  The noise study was commissioned by the City of Mill Creek following years of noise-related complaints by residents along Seattle Hill Road.  Members of our staff served on the Community Advisory Committee to address current noise levels, adopt potential mitigation options, and explore possible funding strategies for future mitigation.  We then prepared a noise impact assessment to support planning for future noise relief strategies.
