Landau Associates prepared reports supporting a NEPA Documented Categorical Exclusion and SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for federally funded safety improvements along Olympic View Drive, a 2-mile long arterial corridor. This documentation involved preparation of a WSDOT Environmental Classification Summary, biological assessment, wetland delineation, noise report, and a SEPA environmental checklist for the corridor.
