Landau Associates provided engineering consultant services to the project team during design and construction of the Home Depot retail store at the former Rossman’s Landfill site in Oregon City, Oregon.  Landau Associates coordinated with Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Solid Waste Program personnel during investigation, design, construction, and environmental monitoring activities associated with development on this closed municipal solid waste landfill site.  We prepared the environmental engineering design report that summarized existing site conditions and the key environmental design; and we also provided construction monitoring during excavation and disposal of refuse encountered during installation of driven pipe pile foundations, and during restoration of the soil cover in selected areas of the landfill.
