Landau Associates is providing geotechnical engineering, environmental documentation services for the City of Ellensburg’s planned improvements to Dolarway Road.  Our environmental documentation services included wetland and stream delineation and reporting. Wetland delineation services followed both the Washington State Department of Ecology wetland delineation and rating guidelines and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wetland delineation guidelines for the Arid West region.  Stream delineation involved identification of the ordinary high water mark and assignment of associated water type in accordance with state regulations.
