The City of Duvall proposed a series of improvements along Main Street in its historic commercial downtown.  Improvements such as curb extensions, sidewalk widening, public art, and street furniture were planned to calm traffic, allow better pedestrian access, create a sense of place, and support economic development.  Landau Associates prepared the NEPA and SEPA environmental documentation, required to implement the project, which included a Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Environmental Classification Summary, SEPA environmental checklist, biological assessment, and cultural resources investigation.
