Landau Associates conducted a remedial investigation and soil cleanup actions to support redevelopment of a former industrial site as a detention facility for the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. We performed a remedial investigation of soil and groundwater impacts, prepared a Cleanup Action Plan to address observed soil impacts in compliance with Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) regulations, performed soil remediation, and submitted a remedial action report to Ecology that resulted in a No Further Action determination for the site.
