The City of Auburn designed a natural park; the site is approximately 100 acres in size, and is located immediately east of State Route (SR) 167, south of 15th Street NW and north of Main Street.  Landau Associates’ biologists delineated wetlands at the site, mapped wetland habitat types, evaluated the functional performance of all habitat types, and identified wetland mitigation options.  Landau Associates then prepared a report that the City used to determine passive recreation opportunities, prepare design options for park development, identify wetland restoration opportunities, and identify any wetland mitigation necessary for each option.
