Principal Environmental Scientist
Jennifer leads Landau Associates’ vapor intrusion and indoor air assessment practice. She joined the company in 2004 and is a senior project manager in the Tacoma office. Her diverse background spans environmental assessment and remediation, natural resources, and environmental permitting. Jennifer works with a wide range of clients and manages Landau Associates’ largest project—a contaminated groundwater investigation and cleanup in the Seattle metropolitan area.
Jennifer has a strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements and compliance, including the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA); National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); Washington State Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA); Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). She has a high level of expertise in environmental due diligence, environmental forensics, and evaluation of air, groundwater, soil, soil vapor, and surface water quality.
