Dave Pischer, PE

Principal Engineer

Dave joined Landau Associates in 1986 and has more than 30 years of geotechnical and environmental engineering experience at commercial, industrial, and waterfront sites. His experience includes managing geotechnical and remedial investigations and design, evaluating geotechnical and environmental aspects of site development, conducting feasibility studies, preparing engineering design and construction contract documents, and construction quality assurance. Dave has specific experience preparing earth elements technical reports to support environmental impact statements for proposed site development projects, and a high level of expertise in the use of geosynthetic materials for various stability, drainage, and waste containment applications.   

Dave is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), ASCE Coasts, Oceans, Ports & Rivers Institute (COPRI), ASCE Geo-Institute, and served on the COPRI Ports 2013 organizing committee.
