Chip leads Landau Associates’ permitting and compliance practice and is currently chair of the firm’s Board of Directors. He joined Landau Associates in 1998 and has an extensive background in air quality permitting, human health risk assessment, and environmental investigation. In addition to a strong résumé in procuring Air Operating Permits for industrial facilities, Chip is a proven program manager for coordinating negotiation of all of the environmental permits required to successfully take a new facility from concept to operation. Chip has provided expert witness support on several litigation cases related to his areas of practice.
Chip is an active member of the Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA).
